While our profession is very important to us, it is a distant third in our list of priorities behind faith, family and friends. We are blessed to have two wonderful, grown children - Alicia and Joshua. Alicia is a graduate of the University of San Diego where she majored in business and communications. She now works in Washington, DC for the International Justice Mission where she is able to work towards her passion for the fight against human injustice. Joshua is a college student and passionate about baseball. When he is not studying or playing ball, he is working for us as our webmaster and assistant.
We are active members of Saddleback Community Church where we love serving whenever we can. Giving back to worthy causes is also a priority for us, and that is why we commit 10% of every commission we earn to organizations like World Vision, Feed the Children and IJM. Our blessings are many and we believe in doing our best to be a blessing to others. In our spare time we enjoy watching Joshua play baseball, playing tennis and golf, and just enjoying this beautiful area where we live.
It is not uncommon that by the time we finish a transaction with a client they end up becoming friends. We hope that we have the opportunity to serve you as a client and keep you as a friend!

Lynne began working in the real estate industry in 1991 as a sales associate for ERA Top Deck Realty. She went on to work as a licensed real estate appraiser and eventually became a senior relocation advisor. This position provided her with invaluable experience consulting home sellers and homebuyers all over the United States. During this time, Lynne was able to work with and learn from top real estate agents from all over the country. She brings a consultative and creative approach to her clients. In addition to her extensive real estate experience, Lynne also has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in marketing, an Associate’s Degree in Real Estate, and is a Certified Relocation Professional.
Jeff brings an extensive background in real estate to the team. As a partner in a real estate investment company in Northern California, Jeff had hands on experience locating, purchasing and rehabilitating distressed properties. He organized partnerships to purchase these properties and acted as the contract negotiator and the key person to work with city planning officials. Once properties were rehabilitated, he was responsible for providing property management services for these properties. In addition, Jeff has years of experience in the horse industry that gives him a special understanding for equine properties. In addition to his real estate experience, Jeff has an Associate’s degree in Business and is a commissioned Notary Public. He is also a certified loan document signing specialist.

We met Lynne and Jeff while randomly “window shopping” for a house at their kiosk in the Mission Viejo Mall. As a first-time homebuyer I had so many questions and concerns about buying a home in the Southern California market I couldn’t see straight!
